Shipping

Fish are shipped out via FEDEX. Other shipping options can be discussed.

We ship out Monday to Thursday, barring any holidays or other delays.

​

• Combined shipping on all fish.

• Fish are sent with great care and are healthy when packed.

• They will come with a 40+ hour heat-pack and are double bagged for extra security.

• Oxygen is added to each bag.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

​

If you are unfortunate enough to receive fish that did not survive the journey we require 2-3 clear photos of DOA livestock in the original, unopened shipping bag within 2 hours of delivery.

​

Fish are not guaranteed past arrival window. Opening the shipping bag ends the arrival period and without photographs, this indicates the fish are acceptable in the condition that they arrived. 

​

Unfortunately, we are not able to credit the delivery charges in the case of DOA.
